Shipping Policy

  • Orders placed after 14:00 may be processed the following business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (if applicable).

 

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • your delivery address,

  • chosen shipping method,

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • a tracking number (if your shipping method includes tracking),

  • a link to check the status of your package.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

 

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We cannot refund or replace items shipped to:

  • incorrect addresses,

  • incomplete addresses,

  • addresses provided with typing errors.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately—we can update the address only if the order has not yet been shipped.

If your package is delayed, lost, or appears to be stuck in transit:

  • If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund (depending on your preference).

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
